I have completed the Great North Run on Sunday 13 September 2026 in support of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF).

It was such an amazing experience with a huge 63000 runners taking part and lots and lots of supporters cheering you on making for a brilliant atmosphere.

Its not too late to donate, your donation will help MSF respond rapidly to emergencies, provide medical care in crises, and support people affected by conflict, disease outbreaks and natural disasters around the world.
