Jigsaw is an entirely volunteer run charity that aims to alleviate the suffering of the world's poorest people. Over the last 2 years we have been developing The Dignity Project to tackle period poverty in the most needy areas of Lebanon. For many refugee women they often have to use old cloths and tissue paper to manage menstruation, both of which lead to infections and inflammation. With your kind donations we aim to distribute dignity bags containing reusable sanitary pads and other hygiene items as well as a food parcel to each family.
