In April I will be running the London marathon for a great charity called Kingfisher Pre-School.

Kingfishers is focused on the importance of outdoor learning and is located in a fantastic rural setting with very dedicated, motivated and hard working staff. Some of the staff are qualified teachers but they have decided to work with two to four year olds as they feel that they can have a really beneficial impact on younger children. Both of my children have attended Kingfishers and I’m grateful for all the fabulous care they are providing to the rural community. The latest increase in the minimum wage combined with an increase in national insurance contributions (and static government funding levels) means that Kingfisher is reliant on fundraising events (like this one!!!) to continue its work. Any donation that you feel able to give for my event will allow them to keep providing fantastic care to the youngest members of our society.
