For the past 15 years, Street Child has been supporting children in conflict areas, building schools and running educational programmes. Last year, 13% of non-formal education centres in Afghanistan were delivered by Street Child, in the midst of bans and restrictions on female education.

To support this cause, I'll be running my first half-marathon on June 20th. I was never really a keen runner until a few months ago, when I stopped approaching it with the mindset of tracking all my stats and instead left the house only with the goal of having fun and getting some fresh air. The long training runs have become a highlight of my week, and a true way to reset mentally and physically.

I'm very excited to take part in The Big Ride 2024 in support of Street Child! Any donation amount is highly appreciated and will be going to this great cause.
