We are planning to run the UK’s 300KM Coast to Coast trail in just 6 days, starting on Sunday, 12th July, and finishing on Friday, 17th July, raising vital funds for the IFS Foundation.

I’ll be joining the team on Friday, 17th July, for the final day — a demanding 31 miles (50km) from Glaisdale to Robin Hood’s Bay. This will be my first ultramarathon, and a real test of endurance and determination. More importantly, it’s about using this challenge to help support education and healthcare for underprivileged communities in Sr i Lanka, giving every step a deeper purpose.
