Story

I have challenged myself this year to walk/run every single month . I have completed 1 full marathon walk, 1 half marathon and 4 10k runs. My up coming runs for this year are a half marathon in September ( Big Half Marathon) , 4 (10k runs) and 3 (5k runs) and a Vitality 1 mile run where my 6year daughter Khushi and my husband Bhavesh are going to join me. In all by the end of year I would have completed 14 runs and a walk by the end of this year.

I am undertaking this run in loving memory of my son, Khushil. He was a bright and inspiring 14-year-old who courageously faced a rare and aggressive brain tumor called DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma). Despite the immense challenges he faced, Khushil achieved extraordinary milestones. He earned a Duke of Edinburgh Award, excelled academically, and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

My goal is to raise funds for critical research into DIPG, which currently has no cure, in the hope of sparing other families the heartbreak we have endured
