I'm participating in the Triathlon of Compassion 2025!

Triathlon of Compassion · 22 June 2025 ·
On June 22nd, I am participating in the Triathlon of Compassion to raise money for the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre. Since 2008, with your help, I have raised over $35,000 to provide services for survivors, such as sexual assault emergency support, victim counselling, education, and support through criminal justice systems. I truly appreciate the support I have received, and I’m thankful that together we are able to make a significant difference in survivor’s lives!
This year, I’m racing in memory of my younger sister Heather (died Feb. 1/25, age 60) and my father Myles (died March 20/25, age 99). They were two of my strongest supporters and always encouraged me to chase my dreams. I miss them and will honour their memory by getting outside and staying fit, because, as my friend Jamie says, you don't get fit for yourself - you do it so you are able to support others!
Please support me so we can continue to support others!
