fundraising for RLS-UK in memory of Nanny Perrett

Steven, Paul and Richard Perrett is raising money for RLS-UK
In memory of Mary Perrett
We are a registered charity, providing help and support to people living with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD). Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), also known as Willis-Ekbom disease, is a neurological disorder characterised by an irresistible urge to move to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations. As it usually interferes with sleep, it is also considered a sleep disorder.

Story

Nanny faced the daily challenge of living with restless legs syndrome, a condition that can be exhausting, painful, and deeply disruptive to everyday life. Despite the discomfort and sleepless nights it brought, Nanny showed quiet strength, resilience, and determination throughout her journey.

In memory of Nanny, we are raising funds to honour her life and support greater awareness and understanding of the impact that restless legs syndrome can have on those who live with it. Too often unseen or misunderstood, this condition affects not only physical comfort but also sleep, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Nanny will be remembered for far more than her illness — for her kindness, courage, and the love she shared with family and friends. Through this fundraiser, we hope to celebrate her memory, support others who may be facing similar struggles, and create something meaningful in her name.

Every donation, no matter the size, is a tribute to Nanny and a way of keeping her spirit and strength alive. Thank you for helping us remember a very special person.
