Six of us are choosing to sleep out for one night to support The Rainbow Centre in Folkestone, a charity that offers vital help, dignity and hope to people facing homelessness in our community.

For us, this will be uncomfortable and tiring but it's nothing compared to the reality faced by those who have no safe place to sleep night after night. The Rainbow Centre provides meals, support, guidance and a sense of belonging to people when they need it most and their work genuinely changes lives.

By donating, you're not just backing our sleep out - you're helping real people locally to feel seen, supported and less alone. Every pound makes a difference, whether it helps provide a hot meal, a safe space or a step towards stability.
