I am going to be the big 50 next year and to mark the year i decided to do something which will challenge me both mental and physically. Whilst looking for a challenge we came across a trek in the Himalayas from Pokhara to Poon Hill rising 2987m above sea level. Darren is going to walk with me ( hopefully he can carry the bags!) We hope to raise £3000+ each. We have chosen MIND as our charity.

It is evident since Covid19 that many people have struggled back to "normality-" We are blessed with 3 pretty robust boys, so in particular the mental health of our children and young people with all the social and educational pressures is close to our hearts.
