Izzy and me are taking part in RedRun 2024 for World AIDS Day to raise much needed funds for Plushealth who have supported me since 2020 with my journey as a woman living with HIV.

We have chosen to support Plushealth because of their focus on improving access to peer support across the UK and beyond.

Having the opportunity to speak to someone else living with HIV is a vital part of modern HIV care, but sadly it is not available to everyone. We know that Plushealth are dedicated to reducing this inequality which will do some way to improving the lives of people living with HIV.

Like all small charities Plushealth are very reliant on the generosity of their event participants and those who have kindly donated to past RedRun events.

This year the charity have set an overall target of raising £3,000 to help cover the cost of re-developing their website, the total cost of which is expected to be around £10,000.
