Nel is doing her charity badge for Brownie's and has chosen West Wales Poundies as her favourite charity. Dyfan and Iori decided to join her in a triathlon challenge to raise money.

We hope to complete a 1000m swim (1500m for Dyfan), an 8 mile bike ride and a 2 mile run!!
