I'm taking part in Child.org's Ride Africa challenge: cycling hundreds of kilometres cross-country to raise money for life-saving work in maternal and child health.

The plan is to ride 500km in 5days. I am not a cyclist and am more than a little nervous about this challenge but hope I can smash it to support this amazing charity.
