This November 2025, I will be travelling with Charity Meals to Egypt to help feed Gaza refugees. These families have fled the conflict, often selling everything they owned just to reach safety. Many of them are mothers with their children. They have left fathers or male providers behind in Gaza and do not know if their loved ones are alive or have perished. Every day they wait anxiously for news. Their main priority has been to get themselves and their children to safety.

Millions of displaced families are now living in Egypt with little to no access to food and no money to buy what they need. I want to be there, on the ground, delivering hot meals and food parcels directly to these mothers and their children. Each meal and food parcel brings a moment of relief, a sense of dignity, and hope in the midst of such uncertainty.

£60 provides a food parcel that feeds an entire family for a whole month
