I'll be cycling to Mainz in Germany over the course of 3 days to raise money for the charity COMPASS-Ghana.

COMPASS-Ghana help address the urgent and critical need for palliative and end-of-life care in Ghana and are a charity I've been helping out with since their launch last year.

Day 1: Hook of Holland to Deurne

165 km / 102 miles

Day 2: Deurne to Bad Breisig in Germany

192 km / 119 miles

Day 3: Bad Breisig to Mainz in Germany

137 km / 85 miles
