This year I wll be raising money for a very worthy local cause - BEST – Be a Better You.

The guys at BEST provide an amazing mentoring experience for young people with different social, emotional and mental health barriers. This is achieved through sports training and 121 mentoring, with the goal of giving them opportunities to lead a succesful and fulfilling life.

As someone who benefitted enormously through this kind of positive experience as a youngster through the now sadly lacking youth club system, I know the amazing difference good role models and mentoring can make in ensuring you have the very best opportunities ahead of you.
