Borneo Orangutan Survival UK is part of the world’s largest orangutan conservation organization (BOSF). Our mission is to save orangutans through rescue, rehabilitation and release into protected rainforests. We also protect and restore orangutan habitats by working with native communities nearby.

Story

Running 13.1 miles… for fluffy orange tree-dwellers! 🦧💛

This October, I’ll be lacing up my trainers and taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon

I’m fundraising for Borneo Orangutan Survival UK, the UK branch of the world’s largest orangutan conservation organisation. Since 1991, they’ve been rescuing orphaned and injured orangutans, rehabilitating them, and releasing them back into the wild — basically giving these gorgeous, gentle creatures a second chance at life.

Why them? Well… our love for animals meant we stumbled across BOS UK, and seeing the amazing work they do, we knew we had to support their cause.

Every pound you donate helps protect orangutans and their rainforest home, from baby rescues to full-grown jungle adventurers. Even £3 can make a real difference.

Let’s make sure these adorable, fuzzy, slightly goofy faces are around for many, many more years to come.
