Being a Service Manager for Headway Essex, I see daily the challenges our clients face living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) however, with the right support, guidance and education we can help them to overcome these challenges. Headway Essex has been providing support to those living with an ABI as well those caring for someone living with an ABI for 40 years now and want to ensure that we can continue to do so well into the future.

As part of our 40th year celebration and our Headway Essex Big Week in March 2026, I am going to raise money for Headway Essex by swimming 10000 km over 40 days. Starting on Monday February 23rd and finishing Friday April 3rd 2026.
