This October, I'm heading to Malawi as a volunteer with The Malawi Projects charity.

Malawi is one of the world’s poorest countries, where over 80% of people live in rural poverty. The charity, run by volunteers from across Ireland, supports local staff who provide vital healthcare, education, and food to thousands every day.

During my trip, I’ll visit medical, education, and farming projects, meet those benefitting from the support, lend a hand where I can, and help shape future initiatives.

Via several fundraising efforts, I'm aiming to raise £3,000 to cover the cost of the trip and support the incredible work happening on the ground. Any donation—big or small—will make a real difference.
