Myself and Rachel work in Comptons community team and we are challenging ourselves to climb Snowdon by Sunrise, to raise vital funds for Compton Care. Compton Care provides palliative care to patients with incurable conditions.

Every penny raised will make a difference.

£10 could fund a telephone, befriending call to someone in the community suffering from loneliness and isolation.

£50 could fund an hour bereavement session for a family member dealing with the loss of a loved one.

£250 could cover the cost of a patient visit to the Living Well Service, where patients can take part in a range of activities and well being sessions.
