As most of you know i did a skydive in 2025 to raise funds for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, who provided End of Life care for my niece, Rubie Evans. The hospice is a fantastic place. So I'm stepping it up a gear and i need your help to raise funds £800 is the amount i have to raise to make this possible to take part in the wing walk

Rubie was born with Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Deficiency, a rare neurodegenerative disorder that affects metabolism but sadly she passed away in July 2024.

"Rubie fought so hard throughout her life, and she amazed us all. She made us proud every single day and no matter what, she had a beautiful smile on her face. She is very much loved and will always be remembered for her fighting spirit, her sass and the occasional victory. There definitely will never be another Rubie ❤️

She went to Rainbows for End of Life care and Rubie seemed to have a new lease of life there, loving music therapy and massages. everyone at Rainbows was so welcoming and so kind and caring. We have been to coffee mornings and also made a glass leaf in the Remembrance Garden.

As a charity, Rainbows is almost entirely dependent on people like you to provide the funds that keep their services going.

Rainbows cares for hundreds of families every year who have a baby, child or young person with a serious or terminal illness that means that their lives will be shorter than most.

Rainbows provide specialist care and emotional support for babies, children and young people with serious or terminal conditions and their loved ones, so they can enjoy their time together as a family, for as long as they have.
