Last year my beautiful best friend Liz was diagnosed with a super rare type of sarcoma. Her first round of chemo was so intense it sometimes made her so ill it hospitalised her.

Yesterday she started her second round of chemo, much sooner than anticipated. Plus radiotherapy will follow.

Wirral Holistic center have been amazing looking after Liz as they do many others.

Liz is so brave and she really is an inspiration to all that know and love her. I decided to do a few things to show my support and hopefully raise some money for her chosen charity. I will be shaving my hair next week. Also I will be hiking Pico da serra do Montesinho (1486m) in northern Portugal with my husband dave when the weather allows in April 24.
