In April I’m running the London Marathon! I ran it in 2018, when it was the hottest marathon on record at 29 degrees and just 2 weeks after my Dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Due to this I can’t really remember much of the event & fell out of love with running. As part of my battle with mental health in the next few years I have been determined to run it again.

So I am, & have chosen to run it for Frank Water -they are a fantastic charity & one that is linked to the great company I work for. It would be great to support them & feel as if I’m making a difference each mile I run. Everyone deserves to have clean water & in the UK we take it for granted.
