My Grandmother has recently passed away after suffering for 2 years with lung cancer. We cared for her at home for the last 6 months of her life, which was challenging but we wouldn't have had it any other way.

Nanny Sandy did not want money to be spent on flowers for her, the request was for any flower money to be donated to Martlet's Hospice. Their support was invaluable, providing us with help and the tools needed to make sure my Nan was as comfortable as possible.

Anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated, to ensure everyone going through the trials of palliative cancer care, can continue to receive the same amount of support from them as we have.❤️
