The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity is the principle charity of the Royal Navy. Beneficiaries lie at the heart of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity's purpose, it is our duty to remain focused on their needs. Since 2007, we have funded projects and facilities that boost morale for those who serve today. We also distribute millions of pounds annually to military charities which care for the children, families and veterans of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.

Story

Hi, my name is Addison Lewis, I’m 13 and taking on a big challenge!

On the 27th of April, I’ll be walking 26.2 miles in the Glasgow Kiltwalk Mighty Stride to raise money for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC).

This is the first time I’ve ever done something like this — it’s a full marathon distance, and I know it’s going to be tough! But I’m determined to push through every mile to support a cause that means a lot to me.

The RNRMC supports sailors, marines, and their families — whether they’re serving now or have served in the past. They do amazing work helping people through difficult times, and I want to do my part to help them keep making a difference.

I’d really appreciate any support you can give. Whether it’s £1 or £10, it all adds up and means a lot — not just to me, but to the people this charity helps every day.

Thank you so much for supporting me and this great cause!
