The Lily Foundation was founded in Lily's memory, having lost her battle to Mitochondrial Disease at just eight months old. The charity aims to give hope, answers and support to the many other children and families that face the challenges of this disease today.

Sadly , We lost Bethaney in May 23 at the age of 24 years old after spending 3 months in hospital battling this cruel disease !

We are desperate to help find a cure to his horrible disease. To support in doing this The Lily foundation needs funding.

Please help in sponsoring our energetic group of all different abilities who are doing the National Three Peaks Challenge. It’s a difficult challenge where we’ll be climbing the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales

Ben Nevis stands at 1345m, we’ll then drive to the lakes and conquer Scarfell pike 978m, and finally we will then head to Wales and take on Snowdon which is 1085 metres.

It’s going to be brutal ! But we are determined to complete this challenge for such a worthy and special Charity close to our hearts ♥️

Did you know every twenty minutes a child is born who will develop Mitochondrial Disease by the age of 16! There is no cure for this disease which is for many, debilitating and life limiting.
