My friend and I are going to attempt to ride the Tour de Manc its the second attempt for me the first attempt I only got to 167km it was so hard, I have rode up mountains over 3000metres from sea level but the Tour de Manc is so difficult very steep hills that take your energy I was on my own the first time but now I have a friend to help me through. The tour we are going to try to complete is 205 km and over 3000metres (10,000ft)

This Charity has a special place in my heart and has already helped people cope with the loss of their child something I could not even contemplate happening to me.

So please any donation would be much appreciated. It could save someone from a very dark place.
