Story
On Friday 6th February, we’ll be joining The Worshipful Company of Marketors to take part in the Centrepoint Sleep Out 2026 — swapping our beds for sleeping bags to raise vital funds and awareness for young people facing homelessness.
For both of us, this cause hits deeply. Youth homelessness isn’t just about losing a roof — it’s about losing safety, connection, and the sense that someone is in your corner. The loneliness that so many young people experience is something no one should ever have to face, especially at the very start of their adult lives.
"118,000 young people aged 16-25 are homeless in the UK
That's 1 in 64
One child in every two school classes will experience homelessness
Not just rough sleeping - sofa surfing, riding night buses,
Some young people even using Tinder to find strangers who might offer somewhere to sleep
Survival becomes their only focus - not education, not careers, just making it through the night"
Centrepoint’s mission to give young people a safe place to stay, the support to rebuild, and the confidence to move forward is something we believe in wholeheartedly. By sleeping out, we’re standing in solidarity with the thousands of young people who don’t get to choose warmth or comfort at night.
If you’re able to support us — whether with a donation, a share, or a message of encouragement — it would mean the world. Every contribution helps Centrepoint continue their life‑changing work and gives a young person hope for a brighter future.
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
