I am abseiling down the 11-storey Lister Hospital tower block. It is going to be an amazing experience but more importantly I am doing it to support my local hospital.

Lister Hospital provides fantastic care to so many people in our community every day. After having experienced first hand the care and life saving expertise and support of Lister hospital I want to raise money for the East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity who fund equipment, research and enhancements across the trust which helps so many patients and their families.

I am both nervous and excited about this challenge and would really appreciate your support. Even a small donation will help me reach my goal and support the hospital.
