I am embarking on a 300km cycle through the hills of Girona, all in an effort to raise funds for Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF), the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organization.

MSF provide emergency assistance to those affected by armed conflicts, epidemics, and natural or man-made disasters. They operate with unwavering commitment, offering aid without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or political affiliation. Operating in over 70 countries, MSF goes where others cannot or choose not to go, delivering crucial medical aid to the world's most vulnerable populations.
