Hello family and friends! :)

Anthony, Islay, Rory and I are taking part in the Hospice of St Francis Bubbly fun run on Sunday 15th June, to commemorate our amazing friend, Kat Mason, who very sadly passed away from cancer a few weeks ago.

The Hospice of St. Francis were a huge support to Kat and her family throughout her illness. And we’d like to do all we can to help them keep their incredible care and support going to those that need it.

If you can spare a small donation to the run we’d really appreciate it. And promise to share the photos of us all covered in bubbles for your amusement ;)

Thanks so much,

Natasha, Anthony, Islay and Rory xxxx

A bit about the Hospice of St. Francis:

The Hospice of St Francis supports over 2000 local people who are managing, or recovering from, serious illness. We help them to live their precious lives well by improving symptoms, working with them to achieve personal goals - helping them to feel safe - and anything from getting back to work, enjoying family time to walking the dogs again.

Our care takes many forms and our professional team plus dedicated, trained volunteers care for people with a wide range of illnesses including cancer, motor neurone disease, dementia, heart disease, lung disease and neurological illness.

We help patients in their own home or here at the Hospice through 1:1 appointments or group sessions (anything from physio to nursing support and mindfulness to complementary therapy) in our Spring Centre or through 24-7 care in our beds.

This free care relies on voluntary donations from people in our local community to help raise the £6million pounds we need. Less than 20% of this comes from the NHS.
