Story
In April, I’ll be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise essential funds for Brain Research UK. I’m doing this in memory of my dad, who was diagnosed with glioblastoma — an aggressive stage 4 brain tumour — and who sadly passed away after a brave 14-month battle.
No one should have to endure what he did, and yet too many families are facing the same heartbreak. Treatment options remain limited, and progress is far too slow. We urgently need new research, better treatments, and ultimately, a cure.
In 2024, I ran the London Marathon in his memory, also in support of Brain Research UK. Thanks to the incredible generosity of friends, family, and supporters, we raised crucial funds to help drive their work forward. Now, I’m continuing that mission by taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon — determined to play a small part in funding the breakthroughs that families so desperately need.
Thank you for your support.
