This autumn I’ll be taking on the tough but rewarding challenge of trekking through Morocco’s Atlas Mountains to summit Mount Toubkal, North Africa’s highest peak.

It will be demanding, dealing with high altitude, steep climbs, cold nights and unpredictable conditions, but I’m taking on this challenge in order to raise vital funds for Dementia UK.

Funds raised during this challenge will enable Dementia UK to bridge the huge gaps in dementia care and ensure everyone receives the support they need.

This is a cause close to my heart, that affects so many families, and any donation you are able to give would be much appreciated to help with this cause.
