Running the London Marathon for PHAB

To celebrate the milestone of turning 40 next year , I wanted to challenge myself while making a difference to others. That's why I'm taking on the London Marathon once again in support of PHAB, an incredible charity that works tirelessly to create an inclusive world where disabled and non-disabled children, young people, and adults can come together, make friends, have fun, and achieve their full potential.

This won't be my only challenge in 2026. Alongside running the London Marathon, I'll also be completing my first-ever triathlon in September and taking part in a night marathon walk. These events will push me both physically and mentally, but knowing that I'm helping raise funds for such an amazing cause will keep me going every step of the way.

PHAB's work helps break down barriers and creates opportunities for people of all abilities to live life to the fullest. Their support, activities, and inclusive communities make a real difference to so many lives.
