Nathan’s LEJOG Challenge for OurJay Foundation

Laura COSSAR is raising money for OurJay Foundation

Lands End to John O’Groats · 22 July 2026

Set up in memory of our Jamie, who we lost to a cardiac arrest in January 2022, aged just 18. The nearest defibrillator to Jamie, on the night he collapsed, was devastatingly locked inside a school and was not accessible to the people trying desperately to save his life. An ambulance took 18 minutes

Story

Thank you for visiting this page.

Nathan wouldn’t ask for sponsorship himself, so we’re doing it for him.

This week he’s taking on one of Britain’s toughest endurance challenges, cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats in just five days. Covering almost 1,000 miles, he’ll spend hour after hour in the saddle, pushing through fatigue, hills and whatever the British weather has in store.

We’d love this incredible effort to leave a lasting legacy.

We’re raising money through OurJay Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1200846) to fund a publicly accessible defibrillator at Nate Parsons Strength & Conditioning, to be available to anyone in the local community if the unthinkable happens.

Every minute without defibrillation dramatically reduces the chance of survival following a sudden cardiac arrest. Having a defibrillator nearby can genuinely be the difference between life and death.

Nathan has dedicated his career to helping people become stronger and healthier. It feels fitting that this challenge can also help protect lives long after the final mile has been ridden.

If you’re following his journey, cheering him on or simply want to support a cause that could one day save someone’s life, we’d be incredibly grateful for your donation.

Every pound brings us closer to installing a lifesaving defibrillator that will be there whenever it’s needed.

Thank you for supporting Nathan’s challenge and helping create a legacy that extends far beyond the finish line.

Love from everyone at NP Strength and Conditioning Xx
