Climb for Freedom - Kilimanjaro Challenge 2025
Campaign by International Justice Mission UK (RCN 1099126 (England & Wales), SC049311 (Scotland))
A passionate team of IJM champions are undertaking a challenging six-day climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro, via the Rongai route, all to raise vital funds to help stop slavery and violence across the world.

Story

In October 2022, I had the joy of joining the team at International Justice Mission (IJM), and work as the UK Finance Lead in this global organisation working to stop slavery and violence.

IJM is a movement of lawyers, social workers, investigators, survivors and advocates working around the world to ...

> Bring people to safety

> Support survivors with trauma-informed care

> Hold perpetrators to account

> Strengthen justice systems so that people are protected in the first place

... and has worked with authorities and partners to bring over 98,000 people to safety, and see slavery and violence measurably decrease by 50-86%.

Now, in October 2025, I have the opportunity to take part in IJM's Climb for Freedom - Kilimanjaro Challenge. Together with a team of international supporters, I'll be undertaking the challenge of a lifetime, and (hopefully!) reaching the summit on Anti-Slavery Day no less!

Your support will help IJM continue this crucial work to stop slavery and violent oppression for good.
