Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the Leeds branch of Smart Works as Deloitte’s Relationship Manager. This partnership has given me a unique, first-hand insight into the incredible work Smart Works does to support women across the community.

Through this work, we've developed a strong and meaningful partnership between Deloitte and Smart Works. Together, we’ve delivered impactful initiatives—from leading collaborative strategy days to organising fundraising efforts, volunteering sessions, and clothing drives. So far, we have managed to raise thousands to help Smart Works continue the work they do.

Taking part in this race is another way to continue supporting Smart Works and help them reach those who need their services. Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly towards providing life-changing support, from interview coaching to professional clothing. I’m proud to champion Smart Works and hope you’ll join me in making a real difference.
