I am taking part in SWPs charity boxing event 2023. My chosen charity this year is MIND Llanelli, Mind have personally helped and supported me over the last 12 months. Having lost 2 close friends to suicide I believe that we need to have more open conversations and discussions around mental health to remove the stigma and maybe save a life. If me fundraising for mind allows that to happen I’ll be one happy fighter.
