Story
Hi, I'm Nathan. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I love working at MensCraft. It’s very rewarding to see men change and grow through coming to the West Norfolk Pit Stops, which I’ve run since February 2025.
I am leading a group of Pit Stop members on a challenge that reflects exactly what MensCraft is all about. On Friday 17 July, we will be walking from the Downham Market Pit Stop (Downham Methodist Church) to the King’s Lynn Pit Stop (St Faith's Community Hub), setting off at around midday and aiming to arrive around 5.30pm.
The walk has two aims. Firstly, to raise awareness of men’s mental health and the importance of connection and support. Secondly, to demonstrate what can be achieved when people put their minds to something difficult and work together to overcome challenges. None of us have ever walked this distance before, but by encouraging one another and taking the journey together, we are proving that progress is often made one step at a time.
We would love others to join us for all or part of the walk. Whether you’re already involved with MensCraft, have been thinking about coming along to a Pit Stop, or simply want to support the cause, this is a great opportunity to get involved, meet new people and help raise awareness of men’s mental health across West Norfolk.
