I’m proud to share that I’ll be taking on the Peak District 100km Ultra in 2026 in aid of Mind, a charity that means a great deal to me.

Since June 2023, my wife has been in and out of hospital for her mental health, and Mind has been there for her every step of the way. Their guidance, resources, and care have made a real difference during some of the hardest moments of our lives.

Running 100km through the Peak District will be a huge challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the daily battles faced by those struggling with their mental health. This is my way of giving back and helping ensure others receive the same vital support my wife has.

It costs £40 to run Mind’s Infoline, giving someone access to crucial information and support when they need it most. Every donation helps keep that service running and changes lives.
