I'm trekking the Sahara in support of Overgate Hospice! Overgate Hospice provides expert care, support, advice and information for patients and their families, carers and loved ones.

Overgate took amazing care of my mother in law Dawn shannon in her final days and took amazing care with our family too so we are eternaly grateful for the care and love they treat us with.so I am trekking the Sahara in memory of Dawn and also to help raise funds for the big build and to help the amazing staff and patients receive the same treatment we had.

Throughout the next 12 months I will be participating in other challenges I will be taking on the yorkshire 3 peaks in May the total warrior 12k in June and the 5k tough mudder in July all in preparation for the trek so please share away to help raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity thank you.
