I am abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower (100m) representing HAYNE to raise money for Solent Mind!

Over the past few years many of my friends and family have been impacted deeply by the effects of mental health. This has been from loss of loved ones to looking for support but not really sure where to turn or what resource is available to them.

Charities like Solent Mind are so vital to fund and raise awareness of, ensuring people know where to turn and get support.

Too often people are worried to talk to about how they feel, afraid of being judged or their problems aren't big enough to worry - It's never too late to get help! If it is, sadly it's not just the victim who is impacted.
