We are a dedicated team from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Rugby, preparing to face the White Rose Charity Rugby Team in a special Charity Rugby Match on 4 July 2026 at Sheffield Tigers RUFC, Hathersage Road, Sheffield S17 3AB. The event will begin at 2pm with kick-off at 3pm, featuring family activities, delicious food and drinks, a half-time crossbar challenge, a charity auction, fire engines on display, and much more. Later in the evening, we will come together to watch the World Cup semi-final at 6pm in the bar.

Many of us have witnessed firsthand the incredible care provided by St Luke's - Sheffield's Hospice. This remarkable charity supports countless families during their most vulnerable moments. However, only 23% of their running costs are covered by NHS funding. This year alone, St Luke's needs to raise over £15 million to continue offering their vital services across Sheffield. The majority of this funding comes from compassionate community members who fundraise and support their charity shops.
