Story

This August, myself, Luke Martin, along with a team of eight, will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge in memory of my incredible brother, Ryan Williams, and Luke’s cousin, Jordane — both of whom heartbreakingly lost their battles with cancer.
The National Three Peaks Challenge is one of the UK’s most demanding endurance events. It involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), and Wales (Snowdon/Yr Wyddfa) — all within 24 hours. It’s a gruelling test of physical and mental strength, but one we are determined to complete in honour of two people who showed unimaginable courage and strength throughout their battles.
Ryan sadly passed away in March 2023. The care he received from St David’s Hospice, and the support offered to our family during that time, was truly unbelievable. Likewise, the hospice was there for Jordane and her loved ones in their time of need, providing compassion, dignity, and kindness during the hardest of days.
Every member of our team has been personally touched by the work St David’s Hospice does, and we all recognise what an incredibly worthy cause it is. This challenge is our way of giving something back, and of keeping Ryan and Jordane’s memories alive through every step we take.
If you’re able to support us in any way, we would be truly grateful.
