National 3 Peaks · 30 June 2025

The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) is farming’s oldest charity working across England and Wales. Our aim is that no-one from the farming community should face adversity alone. We provide tailored advice, access to counselling, practical and financial support, and so much more.

Story

The Team: Will Langton, Tom Cheer, Matt Merivale, Henry Haworth, Ben Everatt, Will Gaskell, Alex Scully and Harriet Kilby

Working within the agricultural sector, we are all well aware of the hardships and pressures facing the industry. To support those affected, a group of us will be attempting the National 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for RABI. We’ll begin at the foot of Ben Nevis in Scotland at 5pm on 29th June, climbing a total of 10,000 feet and covering 23 miles. The challenge will take us over Scafell Pike and end in Wales at the base of Snowdon, all before our 5pm deadline on 30th June.

If you’d like to support us, we’d be incredibly grateful for any donations towards this fantastic cause.

RABI

Farmers deliver an essential service: producing food for the nation. However, being a farmer can be isolating and challenging, even after retiring. RABI’s goal is that no-one from the farming community should face adversity alone.

Our support is tailored to the individual. We offer free counselling, practical and financial support to farming people. Our grant programmes and emergency support help people through a crisis. Our regional support managers provide practical advice and are a friendly face and a listening ear when things are tough.
