On Saturday, 11th July 2026, a dedicated team of eight individuals, comprising six walkers and two support helpers, will undertake the National Three Peaks Challenge.

This renowned endurance event involves ascending the highest mountains in the United Kingdom: Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales.

The team aims to complete this formidable challenge within a 24-hour period, demonstrating both physical stamina and mental resilience.

The endeavour is being undertaken to raise funds and awareness for Cancer Research UK, supporting vital research into the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.

The team’s efforts not only reflect a commitment to personal achievement but also a collective determination to make a meaningful contribution to the fight against cancer.
