We are incredibly grateful to support Smart Works as Deloitte London’s charity partner from FY26 to FY28. Smart Works is a remarkable UK charity dedicated to empowering unemployed women by providing free interview coaching, professional clothing, and confidence-building support. Their invaluable service includes one-on-one interview preparation, a complete interview outfit, and ongoing encouragement at no cost. Upon securing employment, clients return for a "Second Dressing" to receive a capsule working wardrobe. This year alone, Smart Works has supported 10,000 women in their journey towards employment.

On November 27th, we will run our "Annual Year-end Raffle and Auction Fundraiser" with the goal of raising £5,000 to further support Smart Works. We invite you to join us in this mission.
