In a week, I’ll be running the Reading Half Marathon. I’m doing this to raise money for NavArya Foundation, a charity that ensures children with autism and developmental needs don't get left behind.

The Reading Half Marathon is a challenge, but the real journey is the one taken every day by children with autism and developmental needs.

NavArya Foundation exists to make sure that our children are never defined by a diagnosis, but by their own incredible potential. For a child with autism or developmental needs, the world can be a confusing place. We are here to provide the patient, dedicated support they need to find their feet, grow their confidence, and simply be themselves.

This work is about the moments that truly matter:

- A child finally finding a way to tell us how they feel.

- The quiet joy of a young person learning a new skill they once found impossible.

- A family feeling supported and understood, rather than overwhelmed.

Every donation to this run goes directly to the children.

The goal is simple: to make sure no child has to wait for the care they deserve. Your support helps NavArya Foundation keep its doors open to every child who needs a bit of extra help to thrive and connect with the world around them.
