My mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia in 2023 having had signs/symptoms for some time before that. It has affected our family and friends in ways we cannot always describe. It really does take a Society to take it on. Hopefully these funds will help the millions affected by this cruel disease.

In 2025 I ran the Lisbon and Cardiff Half Marathons raising money for Alzheimer's Society. Together we raised so much money. I aim to continue raising money yearly through running. In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.
