Insh'Allah I will be visiting Egypt (28th - 31st August 2025) with Nazim Ali Foundation in partnership with Watford-based Hayaat Welfare Trust Registered Charity: 1202593 (100% Donation Policy) on a aid trip to provide much needed Aid Packs (Food Parcels, Hot Meals, Hygiene Packs & Clothes) to Palestinian Refugees living in Egypt.

Each Aid Pack incl delivery is costing £60 (ZAKAT APPLICABLE).

My aim insh'Allah with YOUR SUPPORT is to raise at least £10,020 so we can provide 167 Aid Packs (Zakat Applicable) BUT the more we RAISE, the more we can give out!

It is estimated over 100,000 Palestinians have fled to Egypt from Gaza since the start of the conflict in October 2023. The situation for Palestinians in Egypt is difficult, with many struggling with the cost of living, barriers to accessing healthcare, lack of work opportunities & the emotional toll of displacement. The healthcare needs among this population are critical. Many refugees suffer from chronic conditions, war-related injuries, and psychological trauma. Access to hospitals & diagnostic services is often financially out of reach, especially for wounded individuals & those requiring surgeries or assistive devices. In addition, a number of refugee families are caring for cancer patients, who are among the most vulnerable due to the high cost of treatment & lack of insurance or financial support.

This situation is exacerbated by the lack of formal refugee status for many Palestinians in Egypt, which limits their access to national welfare systems and public healthcare. As a result, they depend heavily on non-governmental & humanitarian support to meet their basic needs.

I have been on almost 17 self-funded Deployments all around the world in last 11 years including 7 times to the Turkish/Syrian border, 3 times to France, once to Iraq, twice to Pakistan, once to Malawi, once to Lebanon, once to Jordan & once to Bangladesh Rohingya.

I have worked closely with Hayaat Welfare Trust for the last 10 months in which I have had almost 500 Water Pumps installed in poverty-stricken Sindh, Pakistan. I also visited Jordan with them on the eve of Ramadan in Feb 2025. They have hugely impressed me with their timely feedback & professionalism.
